I am Janet Massey
I love supporting you in walking in joy and freedom. I love to help you renew your mind to the word of God, and learn how loved you are, and to help you act like it.
I have been through (in the past) a very long, significant journey of illness, including the effects of trauma, and I am fully out the other side. I've been walking in health and freedom, in greater Alignment with God! It is a blessing. So, I love to share what I learned along the journey.
I learned that this whole journey is about knowing God's true nature and character, being in relationship and fellowship with Him, and learning our true nature and character!
So that is our focus.
I love to share:
Our identity is child of God!
Nothing can change our identity!
God loves us!
Love is an action, not a feeling, and God has demonstrated His love by sending His son.
That we GET to care for our body.
That our body is a gift from God.
That we get to choose to worship, praise, and laugh. It is possible!
That we get to thank God for helping us praise Him and worship Him, and laugh, and it is awesome.
Do you want to know God more, and know your true identity more but need help and accountability?
There are so many distractions in this world. I needed accountability to really start renewing my mind. I continue to need it, but it is so different now. I feel that my accountability is just with God now.
My purpose isn't to make you dependent on me! I really truly don't want that! I want you dependent on God! I want you to grow your relationship with Him! That is the purpose!
My favorite thing to witness is people growing in their relationship with God, and growing in their boldness of their faith and beliefs. People maturing into Christ!
But we are called to meet together, to encourage one another, to spur one another on to love and good works. And God has called me to teach, for the purpose of maturing the saints (the body of Christ), into Christ! It is awesome! No dependence on me!
Don't miss our on the resources, the community, the growth. I love having a community to grow in relationship with the body of Christ, and to spur one another on!
Truth is key here! I want to share truth, and let the truth set you free!
What are the sessions?

Laugh with me (followed by mini mind renewal)
You can look at my website for information on each one. But I will summarize here:
Bible Studies: they vary, but its always a teaching time followed by plenty of discussion time. Only the teaching time is recorded
Word & Worship: These are times of scripture and music on Thursdays, and scripture and practicing the presence of God on Tuesdays (or Mondays). It is always a topic that God has on my heart for you all. Basically a sermon with music or practicing the presence of the Lord, but just chalked full of the word of God!
Praising through God's word: I use the scriptures from Word & Worship, and you have the opportunity to take turns reading it (or listening), and then we pause, listen to God, and have a time to popcorn style praise God through these scriptures.
Laugh with me: Great fun and silliness, goofiness and community! 25 minutes of laughter followed by mini-mind renewal which is a scripture focus and repetition that lasts around 10 minutes depending on scripture.

And you can come and go, be on or off camera!
For the best experience, be ready on camera and off mute. But maybe you are driving, or not able that day, and you can still join for as long as you want!
Note: I also have my Align Membership and classes throughout the week of somatics and self-lymph massage, and Q & A, but they are not included in the free sessions
